2. BRAND AND CONTENT
The Black Peach trademark is registered with the Portuguese Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) in the name of Natacha Sofia da Lapa Gouveia Pereira, who authorises Fuchsiatraente, Lda. to use it. The texts, photographs, videos, logos, design and code of the website and the app belong to us, or to those who have authorised us to use them, and are protected by copyright and industrial property law.
You may view and share the pages for personal use (for example, sending an item to a friend). For any other use, such as copying, reproducing, altering or using the photographs or texts on other websites, on social media or for commercial purposes, you need our written permission.
Third-party trademarks that appear on the website or in the app (for example, payment methods, carriers or social networks) belong to their respective owners.
3. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
By publishing a review or a photograph of an item, you authorise us to show it on the website, in the app and on our social media, with your first name. We may decline to publish or remove content that is offensive, false or unrelated to the item. If you want to remove one of your reviews, write to us.
