Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser. We use them, along with similar technologies (such as pixels), to make the website work, remember your choices and, if you agree, for analytics and advertising.
1. THE COOKIES WE USE
- Necessary (always active): shopping cart, account session, checkout, security and fraud prevention, and your cookie choices. These are from Shopify, the store's platform.
- Preferences: language, country and currency.
- Analytics: the store's own analytics (Shopify) and Google Analytics, to help us understand which pages and products are viewed, and Kedra (the checkout rules app), which records the steps of the checkout process.
- Marketing: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Ads and YouTube), Pinterest and TikTok pixels, and Klaviyo, to measure our ads, show them on other websites and apps and personalise emails.
- Third-party features: Growave (Peach Lovers and reviews), Klarna and Scalapay (installment payment calculator on product pages) and Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection for the contact form). These services may store their own cookies when you use them.
Preference, analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you agree to them.
2. HOW TO CHOOSE
On your first visit, the cookie notice lets you accept, decline or choose by type. You can change your choice at any time in "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the website. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but if you block necessary cookies, the shopping cart and checkout may stop working.
3. IN THE BLACK PEACH APP
The app does not use cookies to track you. On the iPhone, advertising depends on Apple's tracking request: if you decline, purchases made in the app and the Peach Lovers dashboard (which loads a store page with your session) do not send data to advertising channels. Details are in the Privacy Policy, section 5.7.
